Preparation of the analytics  for industrial development in the town of Novyi Rozdil

Clients: The project „Enterprise development through making investment areas of the Municipality of Lubaczów accessible and the recultivation of degraded areas of Yavoriv and Novyi Rozdil districts” implemented within the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2007-2013.

PPV Knowledge Networks Involvement: development of the methodology for the research, data collection, interviewing, market analysis, analytics development.

Main products:

1. Preparation of the map of human capital in the region, and analysis of the training needs of local government, business and active members of the community. The analysis was used to prepare the program of training for these target audiences, held in by us in Novyi Rozdil over the next two years.
   
2. Analysis of the impact of the Novyi Rozdil industrial park project on the surrounding area. The study included the analysis of the key stakeholders of the project and recommendations on interaction with them.
   
3. Feasibility study of the implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) in Novyi Rozdil. As a result of the study two proposals for PPP projects had been developed. One of them is now being in the negotiation phase.
