• RES-POL: Rapid Expert Support for Culture and Media Policies in Ukraine (2024-2025)

    The main goals of the project are to develop policies for the focus sectors and mechanisms for their development (to be supported by relevant operational programmes related to the process of Ukraine's accession to the EU), and to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy to develop and to implement policies. In addition to the MCIP, the RES-POL project will work with the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, the Ukrainian Book Institute, the State Agency of Ukraine for the Arts and Art Education (State Arts), and the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance.

  • New Economy of Ivano-Frankivsk (NEF)

    The NEF project will kick-start economic processes to stimulate innovation activities and to strengthen the existing players. The project ultimately aims to incubate higher value-added products in Ivano-Frankivsk. Local SMEs, innovators and researchers are key NEF beneficiaries.

    Clean Baltic Source — Wastewater Treatment in Lviv and Volyn Oblasts aims to address the common challenge of improving the ecological status of water bodies in the region, particularly in Ukraine, where inadequate wastewater treatment poses a significant environmental risk.

    Economic Restart is a project aimed at supporting creative entrepreneurship development in the de-occupied and frontline territories of the Chernihiv and Sumy regions. It is based on local libraries for creative entrepreneurs, youth, and the community.

    "Ideathons in libraries" is part of the project "Economic Restart: Support for Creative Entrepreneurship in Decentralized and Frontline Communities." The PPV team, along with recruited experts and project partners, organized ideathons in 5 libraries.

  • ReHERIT: Common Responsibility for Shared Heritage

    ReHERIT is about rethinking, actualizing and development of local cultural heritage in Lviv and Uman with other cities from Ukraine.

  • EcoPressWood

    The project aims to develop “formaldehyde free” wood-based panels that combine bio-based chemistry, nanotechnology and process engineering. Waste from bio-disel production will be used for the formulation of the formaldehyde-free resins.

  • Management Skills Training for Cultural Managers in Eastern Partnership Countries

    Within EU Cutture and Creativity Programme for Eastern Partnership Volodymyr Vorobey, Director of PPV Knowledge Networks, is engaged in delivery of management skills training seminars for cultural managers from Ukraine, Belarus and Armenia. Topics of the seminars cover strategic planning, proposal (grant) writing, funcraising and crossovers as well as cultural organizations management.

  • Preparation of the Roadmap for the Enterprise Development in Trostyanets Local Community (Lviv Oblast)

    Funded by the USAID Leadership in Economic Development programme, this project includes SMEs support roadmap elaboration for one of the Lviv oblast areas. This roadmap then should be incorporated into the regional SME development policies.

  • RERAM Research to Innovation in Resource Efficiency

    The overall objective of RERAM project is to improve resource efficiency and raw material consumption of the forest and woodworking sector in ENP eastern countries by bridging the gaps between research and innovation via effective knowledge support measures for regional SMEs, research and authorities.

  • Ideas for Starting-up a Microbusiness in Ukraine

    The project has resulted in a final report with the description of i10 market niches and 30 business models. The business models are described in business canvas format. The report is designed in an entrepreneur-friendly style, with key information of relevance, incl. core business indicators, tips from market players and bechmarking cases. The report was presented at the events for aspiring entrepreneurs in 8 Ukrainian regions.
