On-Going Business Consulting Support
Service
Consulting support for business strategy implementation is a service for developing small and medium enterprises that are facing growth challenges and require decision-making support. The on-going business consulting support helps owners and managers of SMEs to make decisions based on analysis, studies and cases of other Ukrainian SMEs leveraging experience of PPV consultants.
Format
The service is delivered as 1,5 - 2 h monthly consulting sessions of the PPV consultants’ team and a client’s owners and/or managers (preferably offline at the PPV premises at the Business Hub, client site or online meeting also possible).The sessions normally include reviewing strategy and strategy options, identifying root causes of the development challenges, and deliberating solutions for the business issues.

Cases
Hoyra (traditional embroidery-inspired fashion brand)
PPV consultants facilitated strategy development for Hoyra back in 2021, supported by the Lviv City Council SME voucher. After that PPV was providing on-going consulting support to the company, steering business transformation, management capabilities development and supporting grant applications. Despite the war, Hoyra has increased turnover and has grown in staff in 2023.
Limestone (paints and decorative plaster manufacturer)
Since 2022, PPV has been providing consulting support to Limestone, from overall business strategy, to specific opportunities, e.g. Polish market entry, financial management processes development and scaling up strategy. The company is steadily becoming a mature business, with a growing number of Limestone Centres across Ukraine and Poland.
