Main project objective: To assist entrepreneurs, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, in overcoming a state of uncertainty. To help and stimulate them in developing strategies, analyzing markets, developing new products, seeking funding, restructuring supply chains, and forming new teams and processes.
Through the project, at least 240 businesses in 10 regions will receive consulting support. Individual consultations for businesses will be provided through offline and online events. Additionally, project participants will have the opportunity to register for on-site consultations, including business diagnostics, in-depth consulting, and expert recommendations. They can also participate in 3-day educational business visits to different enterprises to exchange experiences and practices. The visits will include training, consulting components, and networking among participants.
Geography: Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Lviv, Zakarpattia, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy regions.
Target audience of the project: Relocated or local businesses that have been significantly affected by the war; micro (5-9 individuals), small (10-49 individuals), and medium-sized businesses (50-150 individuals). Priority sectors include manufacturing, particularly agribusiness and processing, woodworking and furniture, and light industry. Role of PPV agency:
Coordination of events and project consultations in the Western Hub (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, and Zakarpattia regions). PPV experts serve as consultants within this project. The project is implemented by the Network of Business Information Support Centers (NBU). It is a collaboration of 11 such centers: Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Sumy, and Rivne. Our economic development agency, PPV, represents the network in Lviv.
