PPV Knowledge Networks’ Role: Сompany’s experts are involved in the development of the strategy for the ecosystem of tourism and religious pilgrimage in Uman (Cherkasу region). Studies and recommendations on economic sustainability and responsible use of local cultural heritage. Pieces of training in the effective management of local heritage for local authorities (LAs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) to increase competences in preserving and managing historical heritage sites and small towns. Stakeholders mapping in Uman.

 

About the project: ReHERIT is about rethinking, actualizing and development of local cultural heritage in Lviv and Uman with other cities from Ukraine. The overall goal of the project is to enhance cooperation and relationship among local authorities, civil society organizations and citizens to promote responsible actions and policies in preserving, managing and promoting local cultural heritage as shared good and common asset for strengthening local socio-economic, touristic, cultural and educational development.
