Role of PPV: PPV experts conducted focus group surveys and a strategic session, developed the concept, and presented the developed materials during the second strategic session. The concept envisages the development of the hub over a 10-year perspective.
Contents of the concept:
-
Main functions and forms of MUH activities;
-
Management and financial model;
-
Formula for success and risks on the path to its achievement;
-
Selection of location and project roadmaps.
The concept was developed within the "EU4Culture" project funded by the EU. Its aim is to support the culture and creative industries sector for economic growth and social development of the region. EU4Culture is implemented by the Goethe-Institut in partnership with the Danish Cultural Institute, Czech Centers, and the French Institute in Georgia.
