Ukraine Creative Spark Policy Forum is a platform for forming strategic approaches to strengthening the role of higher education institutions in the development of creative industries, using the results of the Creative Spark program. The forum also presents the experience of the Great Britain in the formation of interaction between the system of higher education and the sector of creative industries.

• representatives of ministries, agencies, foundations and international organizations involved in the development of higher education and creative industries in Ukraine
• representatives of Ukrainian and British institutions of higher education
• representatives of creative industries
• media representatives and independent experts
