PPV Knowledge Networks was a delivery partner for Nova Poshta School of Business 2017.

JSC "Concern Khlibprom" worked with PPV Knowledge Networks in 2015. Our task was to analyze existing business model and develop proposals for the revised business model based on the 6 capitals model.

Within the scope of the project, PPV Knowledge Networks analyzed the current state of stakeholder engagement in Metinvest, produced a benchmarking report on stakeholder engagement practices worldwide and developed a stakeholder engagement strategy for Metinvest Holding. The work required close collaboration with CSR team of Metinvest. Outcomes of the project were included into the sustainable development strategy of Metinvest Holding.

Within the project PPV Knowledge Networks team was responsible for data collection and analysis, description of available investment cases and assets for sale (land, real estate, etc.), investment business cases development, developing printed and online investment briefs in Ukrainian and in English.

Within the framework of cooperation we have established rural development agency for which two anchor projects had been developed: Fund for Rural Development and Micro-credit fund.

Within the project we have studied best international experience in building dialogue with the stakeholders in large companies, held public meetings with the stakeholders and discussed the priorities of SCM in the field of CSR.
