More details: The diagnostics cover an institutional analysis of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University and the innovation ecosystem of the Chernihiv region. PPV experts conducted this study to comprehensively assess the university’s research and innovation potential, determine its impact on the innovation development of the Chernihiv region, and create an analytical foundation for developing the university’s innovation strategy.
The results of the diagnostics make it possible to:

understand the strengths, barriers, and opportunities for the university’s innovation development;

outline strategic directions to strengthen the role of Chernihiv Polytechnic in the regional innovation ecosystem;

create an analytical basis for decision-making in the fields of science management, startups, and partnerships;

determine the maturity level of the regional innovation ecosystem, its structural gaps, and development opportunities.

The diagnostic report is one of the steps within the project “EU4Innovation East: strengthening the innovation capacity of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University", 2025–2026, in which the PPV Agency works on supporting Chernihiv Polytechnic National University (CPNU) in strengthening and improving its capacities in the field of innovation development.
The work is based on the outcomes of the "New Economy of Ivano-Frankivsk" initiative.
