Topic: Institutional development, policies, cross-sectoral interaction
Implementation period: December 2024 – March 2025
Client: European Union
More details: The RES-POL project — Rapid Expert Support for Culture and Media Policies in Ukraine — focuses on the following sectors: cultural heritage, arts and culture, creative industries, media, and ten critical issues of cultural development.
In the RES-POL project, the arts and culture sector is studied by Alona Karava and Olia Diatel, co-founders of the organization Insha Osvita, along with art historian Iryna Chuzhynova. To identify material issues in the sector the experts conducted a series of in-depth interviews, surveys, and worked with focus groups within the sector. The materials developed served as the foundation for analytical briefs on material issues within sub-sectors and a baseline report on the state of the sector and the role of arts in post-war recovery.
