PPV Knowledge Networks’ Role: designing the methodology and curriculum, programme’s promotion and selection of the participants, co-ordinating programme delivery, liaison with local teams, communication with the participants, external communication, programme’s impact analysis.
About the School: Nova Poshta School of Business is a non-formal education programme for small business owners aimed at improving management skills of SMEs’ owners that was delivered in 5 Ukrainian cities (Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa).
The School was structured around 6 modules focused respectively on business modelling, clients, markets, pricing, human capital management and financial management. During the programme, the participants were developing acceleration plans for their businesses, which some of them then presented to the jury during the last module.
PPV Knowledge Networks has received 1233 applications and has selected 318 participants. 280 business owners have successfully accomplished the programme, with 133 presenting their acceleration plans.
Nova Poshta School of Business is a flagship programme within the corporate social responsibility strategy of Nova Poshta, Ukraine’s largest private postal operator.
