The project aims to enhance the institutional capacity of Historical and Cultural Preserve Tustan. Key components of the project: development of the strategic plan for the institution by 2022, analysis of the existing business model and setting goals for the planned business model, setting up business processes, development of an effective management model and employee engagement roadmap.
