In 2012 we have been working with the agricultural company HarvEast. Within the framework of cooperation we have established rural development agency for which two anchor projects had been developed:

• Fund for Rural Development (providing grant assistance on a competitive basis to local initiatives, with the little additional financing on their part);
• Micro-credit fund (providing repayable financial assistance for business development in rural areas).

We have developed the concept of funds, procedures for operating and management model.
