Ladyzhyn Local Economic Development Agency is a non-profit entity founded by the Ladyzhyn City Council (Vinnycka oblast). The institution had been established by PPV Knowledge Networks team and CSR Ukraine Community in 2012 and had been funded by the DTEK (energy company) Social Partnership Program during the first years of operations. The overall objective of the project was to launch the institution aimed at local economic development, business-ecosystem development, and support for the social and environmental initiatives.

PPV Knowledge Networks was responsible for the capacity building of the organization within the first year of operations. PPV Knowledge Networks staff is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Ladyzhyn Local Economic Development Agency.
