Role of PPV: In November and December 2023, PPV experts organized three innovation management seminars in Ivano-Frankivsk for representatives from universities, business development organizations, local government authorities, and business owners and managers participated in the discussions. Based on the discussions, the experts prepared a list of recommendations for the development of the innovation ecosystem in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Details: The analytics describes the challenges of the city’s innovation system and provides recommendations for its development, including:

• PIF — Platform of Innovations in Ivano-Frankivsk

• Systemic interaction among the participants of the innovation ecosystem and the development of partnerships

• Opportunities of the "New Economy of Ivano-Frankivsk" project

This analysis was developed as part of the project "New Economy of Ivano-Frankivsk" – support for new clusters of innovative economic activities in Ivano-Frankivsk, funded by the European Union under the "Mayors for Economic Growth" program.

NEF is implementing by a consortium of partners: Executive Committee of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, innovation center Promprylad.Renovation, urban laboratory METALAB, economic development agency PPV  and platform Teple Misto. The project is financed by the European Union under the Mayors for Economic Growth Facility.
